- Does not encourage violations of honor codes
- Is not responsible for how users apply the tool
- Is not liable for disciplinary action, academic penalties, or other consequences resulting from misuse
By using MemGenie, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for your academic decisions.
Subscriptions & billing
If you purchase a subscription:
- All payments are final and non-refundable
- You may cancel at any time
- Access will continue until the end of the current billing period
- Your subscription will not renew after cancellation
Failure to cancel before renewal may result in automatic billing for the next period.
Service availability
The MemGenie Chrome Extension and related tools are provided:
- “As is”
- “As available”
We make no guarantees regarding:
- Continuous availability
- Functionality
- Compatibility with specific websites, browsers, or updates
You are solely responsible for:
- How and where you use the Services
- Compliance with third-party terms of service
- Any consequences resulting from misuse, modification, or improper installation
We reserve the right to update, modify, disable, suspend, or remove features at any time without prior notice.
Intellectual property
All MemGenie software, code, designs, branding, graphics, and related content are proprietary and protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy
- Modify
- Reverse-engineer
- Distribute
- Resell
- Reproduce
any part of MemGenie without explicit written permission.
Unauthorized use may result in account termination and legal action.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Tamper with the software
- Attempt to bypass security mechanisms
- Reverse-engineer or extract source code
- Distribute unauthorized copies
Violations may result in:
- Immediate termination of access
- Permanent account suspension
- Legal enforcement where applicable
Changes to these terms
We may update or revise these Terms at any time. When changes are made:
- The updated version will be posted
- Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of MemGenie.
